Problem Overview

School leadership wanted to instill an understanding of self-efficacy in their teachers in order to promote a positve outlook on the coming school year.

Solution Process

An interactive, practical course designed to incorporate interactive, partnered and group activities throughout this session. Breaking up the content gave the participants time to digest the new learning and reflect on how their belief in their own abilitities may affect their students and their teaching team. These activities also allowed me to observe and gather data to identify areas of misunderstanding in order to reteach the concept, clarify, and make note of any need to followup in future sessions.
