Problem Overview

After several months as an Academic Advisor at a university, my client requested an easy-to-read but informative handout that would help him guide students in sending more professional emails to university staff.

Solution Process

The client and I worked to create a list of topics that he had noticed were often missing in student emails. I completed additional research to add any other aspects we may have missed. 

The layout was developed in Adobe Illustrator, using icons from Freepik.
